Almond Baked Walleye:

Here is a tasty recipe for walleye or any other mild whitefish.
What you need. What you do.
6 to 8 small boneless walleye fillets. 1 cup milk. Pat fillets dry with paper towels. Place in a small bowl and cover with milk for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
1 cup bread crumbs. 1 tsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tsp. tarragon. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and tarragon.
2 tbsp. Honey. 2 tbsp. Grey Poupon Mustard. Mix honey and mustard. Lightly paint each fillet with mix. Roll each fillet in the crumb mix to obtain a light coating on each side.
1/2 cup. Sliced almonds. Honey. Place filets on a cooky sheet. Lightly drizzle honey on the fillets. Spread a layer of sliced almonds over the fillets.
Bake at 350 deg. for 15 min.
Serve immediately with rice or potatoes.
