Larry's Cheese Cake:

Here is the classic traditional European style cheese cake. It
is not low fat. |

1 & 1/2 cup walnut pieces. 2 oz. graham crackers. 1/8 cup
granulated sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tsp. cinnamon. 1/8 tsp.
nutmeg. |
In a food processor, fine chop the nuts. Add the graham crackers
and chop. Add the granulated and brown sugar and blend. Add the
cinnamon and nutmeg and blend. |

1/4 cup melted butter. |
Put mixture in a bowl and stir in the butter. Turn out in a 10
inch spring form pan. Press the crust up the side about 1 &
1/2 inch. Use a spoon to form the corner. Press remaining
crust over bottom of pan. |

Preheat oven to 300 deg. |

16 oz. cream cheese. 14 oz. sweetened, condensed milk 1/4 tsp.
salt. 3 eggs. 1/4 cup lemon juice. |
Use a mixer with a whip to soften the cheese. Add the milk, salt
and eggs and beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. |

Pour into the pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes (until springy
in the center). |

12 oz. sour cream. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar. 1 tsp. vanilla. |
Allow cake to cool for 15 min. and raise oven temp to 450 deg.
Mix cream sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake and bake for 5 min. |

For an alternative fruit topping, skip the sour cream topping
and spoon your choice of canned pie filling over the cake. |
