Grilled Chicken Breast Italian:

For the fat conscious, this is a delicious low fat treat.
What you need. What you do.
1 cup dry white wine. 1/2 tsp. each, basil, oregano, and thyme. Mix herbs with wine and allow to stand a few minutes.
2 chicken breasts boned, skinned, and split to make 4 fillets. Arrange breasts in a shallow dish and pour wine mixture over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 or more hours. Turn several times.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Salt and ground black pepper. Put oven on low broil. Place chicken on broiler rack. Salt and pepper lightly. Broil for 12 minutes. Turn chicken and broil until tender and nicely browned (about 12 minutes).
