Grilled Chicken Breast Italian:

For the fat conscious, this is a delicious low fat treat. |

What you need. |
What you do. |

1 cup dry white wine. 1/2 tsp. each, basil, oregano, and thyme. |
Mix herbs with wine and allow to stand a few minutes. |

2 chicken breasts boned, skinned, and split to make 4 fillets. |
Arrange breasts in a shallow dish and pour wine mixture over
them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 or more hours.
Turn several times. |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |

Salt and ground black pepper. |
Put oven on low broil. Place chicken on broiler rack. Salt and
pepper lightly. Broil for 12 minutes. Turn chicken and broil
until tender and nicely browned (about 12 minutes). |

Serve these fillets with linguine and hot red sauce. Recipe for
