Ham and Potato Casserole:

Here is a delicious and simple use for that left over baked ham. |

What you need. |

Preheat oven to 350 deg. |

2. tbsp. margarine. 2 tbsp. flour. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp. ground
black pepper. 1 & 1/2 cups whole or skim milk. |
In a sauce pan, melt the margarine. Blend in the flour. salt
and pepper. cook and stir until smooth. Slowly add the milk while
stirring constantly. Bring to boil for 1 minute. |

Peel and slice 4 potatoes. Peel and slice 2 small onions. Dice
1 cup cooked ham. |
Layer potatoes, onion and ham in a casserole. Pour the whit sauce
over the food. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake
until potatoes are tender (60 to 90 minutes). |
