Holiday Nuts:

When you go to buy those fancy salted nuts in a shoppe, you discover
that they are very expensive. He is a simple way to make your
own with bulk nuts from your warehouse club. They are every bit
as good. I like to use Pecans. |

What you need. |

2 lbs. or more of fresh shelled nuts. Kosher salt. Peanut oil. |
Place nuts in a large stainless steel bowl. Sprinkle lightly
with peanut oil. Toss nuts. Sprinkle lightly with Kosher salt.
Be careful with the salt. It's easy to over salt the nuts. Toss
and taste. Add more salt if needed. |

Bake the nuts at 350 deg. for 10 min. |

Toss the nuts and bake for 10 minutes more. |
|
Eat them hot or let them cool. |
