In a hurry? Try this simple rib sticking dinner. |

What you need. |
What you do. |
1 lb. ground round. 1 cup chopped yellow onion. 2 tsp. salt.
1 tsp.
black pepper. 1 bay leaf. 2 tbsp. corn oil. |
In a 3 qt. sauce pan, brown the meat in the oil. Add the onion,
salt pepper and bay leaf. Simmer 1/2 hr. |

1 cup chopped celery. 1/2 tsp paprika. |
Add celery and paprika. Simmer for 1/2 hr. |
|
1 qt. canned tomatoes. 3 cups diced potatoes. |
Add tomatoes, and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are soft. Remove
the bay leaf. |
|
Serve with hot biscuits. |
