Dinner Rolls:

Here is a recipe for tasy light dinner rolls.
What you need. What you do.
3 tsp. dry yeast. 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar. 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Mix yeast, sugar and water. allow to stand until mixture begins to foam.
2 cups bread flour. 1/3 cup powdered milk. 2 tbsp. sugar. 2tbsp. vegetable oil. 3/4 cup lukewarm water. 1 egg, beaten. Put flour, milk, sugar, oil, water ,egg, and yeast mixture in the bowl of a countertop mixer. With a dough hook, mix for several minutes.
2 cups all purpose flour. Lukewarm water. Add flour and continue to mix. Add water by the teaspoon while mixing until the dough is soft and smooth. Mix for 2 or 3 minutes more.
Remove bowl from mixer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for not less than 4 nor more than 24 hours.
Butter. Press dough down. Turn out on a floured countertop and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into 4 inch triangles. Roll each triangle from one wide side to the point to form croissant type rolls. Place rolls on a buttered baking sheet. Cover and allow to rise until double in size ( about 1 hour).
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Bake rolls at 400 deg for 12 to 15 minutes.
