Shrimp with Linguini:

1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped red pepper. 1/4 cup chopped
green pepper.2 tsp. minced garlic. 2 tbsp. olive oil. |
In a skillet on medium heat, saute onion, pepper and garlic in
oil until tender. |

One 12 oz. can lite evaporated milk. 1/4 cup flour. |
Mix milk and flour in a bowl until smooth. Add slowly to skillet. |

1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper. 1/4 tsp. cayenne
pepper. |
Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil and cook
until thickened. |

1 & 1/2 lb. cooked peeled and deveined shrimp. |
Reduce heat. Add shrimp and cook to heat. |
|
1 lb. Cooked hot linguini. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil. Fresh
chopped parsley. |
In a warm bowl, toss shrimp mix and basil with linguini. Serve
on warm plates garnished with parsley. |
