Shrimp with Linguini:

What you need. What you do.
1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped red pepper. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper.2 tsp. minced garlic. 2 tbsp. olive oil. In a skillet on medium heat, saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender.
One 12 oz. can lite evaporated milk. 1/4 cup flour. Mix milk and flour in a bowl until smooth. Add slowly to skillet.
1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper. 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
1 & 1/2 lb. cooked peeled and deveined shrimp. Reduce heat. Add shrimp and cook to heat.
1 lb. Cooked hot linguini. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil. Fresh chopped parsley. In a warm bowl, toss shrimp mix and basil with linguini. Serve on warm plates garnished with parsley.
