May 16, 2005:
Morels:
In Michigan, we can notice the date that we first see Trillium
blossoms in the woods. That will be the day to begin hunting
for morels. It is usually around mid May, around Mother's Day.
The season will be a bit late this year. The spring weather has
been somewhat chilly. It must be wet and warm for the morels
to pop up. Pop up is what they do. Picking morels is fine. Don't
pick or dig up the Trilliums. It's against the law, at least
in Michigan. The Trillium is a protect plant.
Executive Session:
We noticed this week that the Flint City Council was in executive
session. Executive session is code for secret meeting, closed
to the public. In my opinion, that should be against the law.
They should not be able to hide what they do from the people
they represent.
LA:
The cops fired seventy bullets at a car containing an unarmed
man. This was in a residential neighborhood. These cops must
be crack shots. They actually hit the guy in the car twice. However,
he was not killed. The nearby housed did not fare so well. There
were a few extraneous bullet holes. Oh well! What the heck. It's
all in good clean fun. What a great way to kick off police week.
Vote Republican or Else:
Some churches in North Carolina were booting out their members
because they voted for Kerry. This was reported on the ABC news.
The jackboots are now preying on the prayers. You vill nod be
allowed to vote your conscience, You vill vote as you are told
or else. Heil George! This fiasco finally ended when the pastor
of the church in question resigned. With these madmen fundamentalist,
don't count on it to stay ended. They will keep trying.
Betrayal:
Once again our courts have betrayed us by colluded with big business.
They have given United Airlines permission to renege on their
pension promises to thousands of employees. Guess who will pick
up the tab for this? The good old victimized American taxpayer
will be had again. The executives of United will continue to
live large at the expense of their workers and ultimately at
our expense. Scum! Pure scum!
This crap will cascade throughout the business world. Dishonest
managers of dishonest companies are queuing up to be the next
predator to rape their workers and the public with the collusion
of our courts.
Exploitation:
We watched the media people on our local channel 12, ABC news
behave irresponsibly again. They were telling us about how grade
school kids are being used in advertising to hawk products to
their peers with the collusion of the parents. One of the exploiting
outfits has a product called Belly Washers. The kid's job is
to make her peers think she loves the drink and convince them
that it is the in thing. Would you thing that responsible reporters
would caution us against people who are exploiting our kids?
Not at all! They actually encouraged parents to rape the minds
of their kids this way. They even had an alleged psychologist
who saw this as good experience for the kids. They gave us advice
on how to go about exploiting our kids for fun and profit. They
say we should be very carful that the company we choose is legitimate.
For Gord's sake, talk about a non sequitur? Legitimate exploiter!
Sick! Very sick! Criminal! Very criminal! Media supported, of
course!
Exploiting children for profit is beyond evil. These people
are the emotional equivalent of pedophiles. Instead of molesting
the kids bodies, they molest their minds.
Only in Michigan:
Our State's Attorney General, Mike Cox, has a plan to circumvent
due process in Michigan. He wants to just skip pretrial hearings
for accused defendants. He says it will save time and money.
I suppose that could be a first step. Later we could make a case
for skipping the trial. Eventually we could get to KGB style
summary execution. It will save tons of money.
Betrayal of Trust:
A Flint police officer had sex with a 13 year old girl who was
in his "care." Some care! He also did a 14 year old
girl. These things occurred several times. In some kind of deal
his maximum sentence will be a few years instead of life imprisonment.
He will be back on the streets again. This man is a pedophile
who betrayed a sacred trust. When are we going to get that this
kind of crime deserves life imprisonment? Preying on children
is the most evil thing a human can do. Let's start to treat the
people who do it as the monsters they are.
Vulnerable:
We are vulnerable as hell. Even the tzar of homeland security
agrees to this. So, what are we doing? Shutting down our military
establishment to save money. We don't have enough military power
to finish with the mess George took us into. Now, instead of
girding our loins, we are pinching pennies. We are closing bases.
Of course, many politicians are bitching about this. Are the
bitching about our security? Not at all. They are complaining
that their constituents will lose jobs. It's all about money,
not common sense. Of course, we are discussing politicians. Common
sense is in very sort supply among them, be they army brass or
senators. Stupid! Really Stupid!
A government official idiot said, people don't seem to understand
that this is about facts and figures. He is full of crap. It
is about figures, but not about facts. It is about risking national
security to save money so the politicians can squander it on
pork barrel.
Teenagers:
Suicide is the third leading cause of death amongst these very
vulnerable youngsters. So says the ABC channel 12 news. In an
earlier segment on the same show the media fools talked giddily
about the kid's senior prom and the excitement of it. They mentioned
in passing the pressure and despair it causes in some kids. A
senior prom can cost as much as a wedding. Did these fools see
any relationship between the pressure we put on kids and the
ultimate escape? Not at all! So, let's be honest. There is a
relationship between the expectations and demands we thrust on
these kids and their despair. For too many it is too much and
they choose the ultimate escape, suicide. Why are we doing this?
Is it for the kids or for us?
Dr. Jessica Barnes:
She is supposedly a Michigan State University professor of some
kind. She went into a local school and did a very personal survey
of the ten year old kids. It was about their health and family
relations. She did not deem it necessary to get the permission
of the parents. In fact, she claimed she did not need their permission.
A ten year old kid can sign the permission release. Do you believe
that? She actually did it. Then she did another even more bizarre
thing. She cautioned the kids that they were not allowed to talk
about the survey to anyone, even their parents. What else? The
kids were blackmailed into taking the survey or they would be
loaded up with extra homework. This is what was reported by ABC
local Flint news on May 13, 2005. Get the transcripts and check
it out yourself.
